When wages cover rent in Croatia and family expenses in Nepal, uncertainty about payday has an immediate practical meaning. The Labour Ministry’s September 30 statement says it is working with employment service HZZ and wage-claims agency AORT during Studenac’s pre-insolvency proceedings. [1]

According to information available to the ministry, August wages had been paid. Its next focus was September wages expected in October. The statement does not confirm a missed September payment or announce that employees have been dismissed. Those are separate developments, and readers should not infer them from the restructuring procedure alone. [1]

The institutions are examining employees’ locations, occupations and skills alongside local job opportunities so support can be prepared if needed. AORT protection depends on the relevant legal conditions; the employer remains responsible for wages. [1]

For an employee following the news, keep the pay period, contractual payment date and actual bank receipt separate. A payslip, contract and employer’s written message are more useful for establishing an individual claim than a general social-media report. This article reports the ministry’s account and does not establish what any particular worker has received.
